WFI is selective in what projects we choose to accept.  Taking too many projects may prevent us from complete the job on time and in budget.

We understand project management requirements and deliverables such as:

• Providing accurate, timely reporting, project communications, and maintaining agreed/approved schedule, with regular updates.
• Ensuring health and safety requirements of the site for contractor, staff, the public, and tenants are met.
• Ensuring security of the site and personnel, including trades people.
• Having knowledge of requirements regarding materials, equipment, quality, and time.
• Having flexibility and creativity in dealing with site conditions and design changes.
• Maintaining a clean site, and ensuring control of dust, noise, deliveries and debris removal.
